How it works
One-time, daily, or weekly — "Read 20 pages, every day before 9 PM."
Pick the apps that get locked if you fail — Apple's own Screen Time picker on iOS, an app list on Android.
Name, date, a finger-drawn signature, and a consequences disclosure you have to actually read and accept.
A deliberate press-and-hold disarms the block before the deadline. Missing it triggers the block automatically — there's no early unlock, not by you, not by us.

No app block — SwornIn itself locks. The only way back in is a free wait — there's nothing to buy, ever.
The wait starts at 1 hour and doubles every time you're locked out again, capped at 7 days. Your lifetime record of broken promises survives deleting your data from within the app — but not deleting the app itself. Uninstalling starts clean.
Ten strikes, and then
The wait runs out. Ten times.
After ten lockouts cleared, the eleventh has no timer at all — the only way back is a manual, unconditional reset to the very beginning. Your broken-promise record never disappears, no matter how many times you start over.

The block is armed the moment you swear — Apple Screen Time on iOS, a native Android module — not a reminder you can swipe away.
You choose apps through Apple's own picker. SwornIn only ever receives an anonymous token — never the app's name or icon.
