I failed a country. Do I start over?

No. On World Tour you retry the same country, and Continue on the main menu picks up at the first country you haven't cleared.

I bought something but it's still locked

Open that item's page (Settings for Remove Ads, the pack's page for routes, the wardrobe for travelers) and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with.

Why do I see ads, and how do I remove them?

A small banner sits at the bottom of the menu screens, and a short ad plays on the results screen after every fourth failed attempt. Ads never appear during play or in Kids Mode games. Settings → Remove ads turns all of them off with a one-time purchase.

How do I move my progress to a new phone?

Go to New journeys & workshop → Offline passport backup. Tap Create & copy backup, or Share / open backup file to save it to Files. On the new phone, open the same screen, tap Paste backup, then Preview backup and Restore previewed backup. Your previous save is kept, so you can undo it.

Can I turn off motion, sound or vibration?

Yes. Settings has music and sound volume, reduced motion, a high-contrast path preview, vibration and larger arcade controls. New journeys & workshop → Accessibility adds text size and larger memory-path controls.

Why does a purchase ask me a math question?

Purchases and sharing sit behind a quick question for grown-ups, so younger players can't buy or share by accident.
